Job Description / Responsibility

• Explore new funding and fee-earning opportunities
• Coordinate training and capacity building interventions
• Developing and marketing training programmes including proposal writing
• Organise and facilitate training, consultative meetings, workshop and conferences
• Representation of PHD to partner organisations, donors, government, UN agencies and other NGOs in relation to increase organisational profile

The incumbent will have at least Masters Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 5 year(s)

• Age below or equal to 45 year(s)
• 05 years of experiences of implementing and managing Capacity Development programmes in Bangladesh.
• Sound knowledge and experience in organisation/institution development paradigm, Good command on participatory techniques such as PRA, PLA etc,
• Good understanding of assessing training needs, developing training modules, curriculum, training materials and implementation of training and organisation development interventions.
• Knowledge, sensitivity and experience working with national partner organisations, the Government of Bangladesh, INGOs and UN agencies.
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports.
• Willingness to travel across the country and organising/facilitating/monitoring training in rural areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interviewing and facilitation skills.
• Strong Analytical and Report-writing skills and Good command on MS-Office
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability and willingness to work independently and in a team and flexible work schedule
• Highly motivated, self -starter, ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Language proficiency in Bangla & English is essential
