- Required supervisors to take responsibility of training, managing team and achieving given targets.
- Required Agents to work in International Call Center.
Educational Requirements
- O Level/ A Level will be preferable.
- Graduate in any discipline/ IELTS Good Score
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Technical Sales/IT Marketing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 year(s)
- Must be good in English Conversation
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre, Telemarketing, Customer Support through Phone
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Computer Literacy is a must
- Should be keen to learn
- Punctual and honest in manner
- Strong in English vocabulary, Call Center Training is an added advantage, Negotiation & Convincing skills
