Job Description / Responsibility

• Accept trade orders from authorized clients for telephone trade facility.
• Ensure executing of trading orders complying with the rules of the Brokerage House.
• Coordinate with back office to get updated portfolio status of the clients.
• Deal with customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Accurately record and maintain documents provided by traders after the trading hour.

MBA / BBA or Bachelor / Post Graduate

• Maximum 30 year(s)

• Age below or equal to 30 year(s)
• At Least 2-3 years of experience in Brokerage House and Merchant Banking activities.
• Trading Staffs shall also verify the telephone, Internet, and email orders.
• The Trading Staffs shall fill the pre-signed order-forms for the telephone and e-mail orders.
• The Trading Staffs shall make buy/sell order entry in the system.
• The Trading Staffs shall send the report along with the Confirmation Notes to the Settlement Department for settling the trades.
• Trade reconciliation with broker CN.
• Customer order preserve.
• Arrange trade for Foreign / NITA account.
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Need to be well mannered with a positive attitude towards clients.
• Knowledge / Experience in supporting Merchant Banking / Brokerage Business transactions and activities will be an advantage.
• Market intelligence will be a plus point.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel). Also, must be willing to learn IT related new technologies.
